Great chance for me that this Hannon/Hitchcott conveyance can do the business on Monday. One run only thus far, last August, at Nottingham. The winner ended up in a Group One after following up at Salisbury, so ‘Talis’ kept pretty good company on the day.
This looks an ordinary maiden to me, and if he’s straight enough then Richard Hannon’s charge could take the beating.
3.10 Etihad Rail
My selection, trained by Derby-winning handler Marcus Tregoning, had had two vital experiences on the racetrack. Third, then second – top step of the podium this afternoon?
Main threat could be an unraced but beautifully-bred Cracksman colt, Chiefman. Housed with Archie Watson, owned by Hambleton Racing, and Hollie’s on top. Could be anything.
