Tasting Manager Kevin Davy introduces the Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Roussanne Vieilles Vignes 2023 as his Wine Crush from this week’s tastings. This 100 percent roussanne is harvested from old vines in a small plot of seven hectares and is a very gastronomic wine that leaves you yearning for more. It is medium- to full-bodied with an oily texture, and is plain, round, suave and harmonious. Kevin thinks it’s one of the best white wines in France – and, in fact, the world. Enjoy!
