Warren Jacobs appointed as a non-executive director at BetComply

  • By Admin

BetComply, known for its expertise in technical and regulatory compliance solutions in the iGaming industry, has appointed Warren Jacobs as a non-executive director to its board.

Jacobs, who has served as CEO of Betable Group since 2018, brings his expertise to the new role. He is also the chairman of ActiveWin Media, where he was managing director for ten years. Jacobs is known for his ability to scale businesses, and has worked with major brands like General Motors and Betfred, earning a strong industry reputation.

His appointment coincides with BetComply’s expansion of its product and service offerings, assisting partners in over 40 regulated jurisdictions worldwide. Since its establishment last year, BetComply has swiftly increased its team to over 20 professionals and has built a strong reputation in the industry.

For strengthening its leadership team, the company has made strategic hires, and one of them – Loes Wetzer, became operations director in August.

Daniel Brookes, the CEO of BetComply, mentioned:

We’re delighted to have Warren join the BetComply board. He brings with him a wealth of experience from more than a decade building iGaming businesses. We’re now more than a year into the BetComply journey. Our team has grown quickly, and we’re supporting many of the fastest-growing companies in our sector across multiple regulated jurisdictions. With the addition of Warren’s guidance, we’ll be able to provide even better service to our partners going forward.

Warren Jacbos, non-executive director at BetComply, added:

Working in the iGaming sector for more than a decade, it became extremely clear that world-class compliance expertise was in short supply. BetComply is solving this issue, by providing the trusted technical and regulatory compliance support businesses need to thrive. I’m honoured to join the board and help build upon this vision.
