Donald Trump grasped his ear as shots rang out at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday night. After he was swarmed by Secret Service and ushered off stage, visibly bleeding from the right side of his head, it was reported that the incident was as assassination attempt by 20-year-old Pennsylvania resident Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was killed on the scene.
When they mayhem started to settle on Sunday morning, the 2024 Presidential Election odds were re-posted and they took a big jump in Trump’s direction.

Odds for Biden, Harris Continue to Languish
Embattled incumbent Joe Biden saw his odds take another hit on Sunday. Biden, who was a +160 favorite late in 2023, has dropped all the way to +525 as of July 14, though that is slightly better than his odds directly after his disastrous debate performance on June 27 (+600), when many speculated he would drop out of the race.
Biden’s Vice-President, Kamala Harris, was briefly the favorite among Democrats after the debate, her odds to win the presidency in November improving as far as +400 as of July 3. But like Biden, her odds dropped on Sunday, fading to +800 to become the first female President in American history.
The political futures at bet365 list almost 20 other potential candidates on the board. But, among those, only Robert Kennedy Jr is officially in the race at this time, running as an independent after failing to wrest the Democratic nomination from Biden.
