The new product enables developers to access, manage, and automate their document workflow APIs, including PDF editing, document generation, data collection, eSignature forms, and more. It also provides users with a centralized location for embedding and automating those document workflow APIs, helping them scale costs and maintain their applications.
Certinia Set to be Acquired by Haveli Investments
Certinia, formerly FinancialForce, has announced that it will be acquired by Haveli Investments, a technology-focused private equity firm. Haveli Investment will fund the acquisition from the Haveli Investments Software Fund I LP, with additional participation from General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm. Salesforce will continue to be a shareholder in Certinia. The purchase is expected to close in August 2023.

Cleo, an ecosystem integration software provider, has expanded its portfolio of end-to-end integration solutions with new no-code capabilities designed to orchestrate API and EDI integrations into platforms like NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. Genpact, a global professional services firm, has announced a new collaboration with Microsoft.
