We are back! After a short hiatus, partypoker has relaunched their live poker events with a bang with the partypoker Grand Prix joining forces with the Bratislava Poker Festival and Irish Poker Tour for six days of exciting poker action at the luxurious Card Casino Bratislava from July 18-23, 2023.

The 45 qualifiers at partypoker began to arrive before the start of today’s Day 1a of the festival’s crown jewel in the €500,000 guaranteed partypoker Grand Prix €550 Main Event. The Main Event boasts six opening flights from July 19-22 with surviving players competing for two more days on July 22-23 until a winner is crowned.

This is not all as there are plenty of other big events including the €50,000 guaranteed €400 Mystery Bounty (July 18-20) and the €200,000 guaranteed €3,000 High Roller (July 22-23). Additionally, four-card enthusiasts will battle it out in one of the biggest Omaha events of the year in the €100,000 guaranteed €2,500 Euro Omaha Championship on July 20-21 with many other side events awarding big prizes and trophies as well.

Poker fans are in for a treat as each day partypoker will be live streaming poker action directly from Card Casino Bratislava with hole cards shown across a wide variety of cash games and tournaments at the partypokertv Twitch channel.

Poker media guru Jason Glatzer will host the action with many different guests throughout the week including partypoker Ambassador Matt Staples, Irish Poker Tour founder Fintan Gavin, poker baller Tomas “luckymo32” Geleziunas, Omaha crusher George Sandford, and more.

The first stream begins tonight, July 19 at 8:30 p.m. local time with a no-limit hold’em (NLHE) cash game stream with tomorrow’s coverage boasting a nosebleed €50/€50 pot-limit Omaha (PLO) cash game affair. Check out the full streaming schedule in local time (CEST) below:

Martin Koppl was crowned the first winner of the week on Tuesday after shipping the Bratislava Poker Festival €150 Opener for €3,150 after making a heads-up deal with Georgios Hadjivassili. The event attracted 101 entries for a €13,130 prize pool to smash the €10,000 guarantee.

Meanwhile, the first of two opening flights of the Bratislava Poker Festival €400 Mystery Bounty attracted 83 entries with Angelos Valiles catapulting his 30,000 opening stack into 422,000 to lead the 18 Day 1a survivors. Day 1b already had 117 entries near the end of Level 4 with more to come with late registration open for more than six more blind levels.

Today is a big day at Card Casino Bratislava with the partypoker Grand Prix €550 Main Event kicking off its action at 6 p.m. with its Day 1a. Players that were unable to qualify online at partypoker will have plenty of chances to do so for pennies on the dollar including a €80 satellite at 2 p.m. that guarantees at least five seats.

This is not all. Day 1b of the Bratislava Poker Festival €400 Mystery Bounty kicked off at 2 p.m. and has been creating an amazing vibe in the poker room with late registration open until approximately 7:25 p.m.

Meanwhile, players can qualify for tomorrow’s €2,500 Euro Omaha Championship with at least three seats guaranteed via a €250 satellite starting at 7 p.m.

Additionally, one player will walk away with a coveted trophy with the one-day €150 Freezeout kicking off at 8 p.m.
