Engines Rev Up for the Third Edition at the Royal Palace of Caserta with the Vitica Consortium

On 26 and  27 October, the third edition of “Terra di Lavoro Wines” returns. This year’s event, aimed at promoting the region’s enological excellence, will benefit from a new collaboration with the Royal Palace of Caserta.

The five denominations protected by the Consorzio Tutela Vini VitiCaserta – VITICA – Aversa Asprinio DOC, Falerno del Massico DOC, Galluccio DOC, Roccamonfina IGT, and Terre del Volturno IGT – will take center stage at the event, which will be held in the first courtyard of the Royal Palace.

Industry professionals, national and international journalists, as well as wine enthusiasts, will be welcomed with a comprehensive program, including a conference on Saturday morning focused on wine tourism and the economic impact on the region. The program will also feature masterclasses, wine tastings from the various denominations, and theatrical performances.

This will be a unique opportunity to promote the rich ampelography and the quality of wines that represent the history, culture, and traditions of Terra di Lavoro, in the exceptional setting of the Royal Palace of Caserta, a symbol of the region on both a national and international level.

For the first time, the Royal Palace of Caserta is supporting the initiative by the Consorzio Tutela Vini VitiCaserta – VITICA, with the aim of strengthening collaborative networks to promote and enhance the province’s finest products.

The museum, part of the Ministry of Culture, aligns this initiative with its mission to contribute to the economic, cultural, and civil development of the region. It recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Caserta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, and Agriculture. This agreement establishes a coordinated, operational, and institutionalized action plan to synergistically and comprehensively promote local specificities, with particular attention to products that represent and enhance local identity
