East meets west at Cult Wine Canada in Vancouver. I attended a small portfolio tasting of Chinese distilled spirits and European wines distributed by Cult Wine Canada. In this article, I will cover their European wines and in my follow-on article, I will cover the distilled spirit called baijiu.
If you have not heard of Cult Wine Canada, they describe themselves “…to be the premier source for enthusiasts seeking extraordinary experiences in the world of fine beverages. By carefully curating a portfolio of remarkable selections, we strive to ignite passion, inspire discovery, and elevate the senses of our discerning clientele. With each bottle, we aim to deliver a captivating journey, sharing the stories, craftsmanship, and artistry behind every sip. Welcome to a world where exceptional taste knows no bounds.”
You can purchase their wines and baijiu at the Legacy Liquor Store in Olympic Village and probably at their other stores as well. I look forward to sampling through their portfolio at future Trade events. Let me tell you about the wines we sampled.
