Suffolk Building Society is repricing re-pricing several 80% LTV two and three- year fixed rate products.
These will be available for purchase and remortgage from 21 November 2023.
New products – available include:

80% two-tear fixed C&I at 5.49%
80% three-year fixed C&I at 5.49%
80% two- year fixed interest only at 5.99%
Holiday let
80% two-year fixed at 6.29%
Expat holiday let
80% two-year fixed at 6.49%
Expat residential
80% two-year fixed C&I at 6.25%
80% two- year fixed interest only at 6.60%
Expat buy to let
80% two-year fixed at 6.29%
Buy to let
80% two-year fixed at 6.19%
