Qarabag v Bayer Leverkusen Prediction: Die Werkself can rack up the goals in Azerbaijan

Bayer Leverkusen have been the standout team in this season’s Bundesliga but must put their domestic duties to one side on Thursday when they visit Qarabag in the Europa League.

Xabi Alonso’s highflyers can secure their spot in the knockout stage with a win in Azerbaijan and are unlikely to leave anything to chance.

The 20-year-old starlet got on the scoresheet in Saturday’s 3-2 win away to Hoffenheim, scoring after just nine minutes, and he has scored twice in the Europa League this season.
