Consider your breakfast sorted with our Protein Yoghurt Acai Bowl. Using only a few ingredients, this Acai Bowl is so easy to whip up, so delicious and packs a lot of protein. With our choice of ingredients, we were able to keep the carbs a little lower – perfect for our bariatric friends! Feel free to use or add any fruits as a topping.
Ingredients
1 scoop Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein (15 grams)
1 cup Lite Greek Yoghurt
2 tablespoons Pure Botany Purveyor Acai Powder
1 tablespoon Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Toppings:
Raspberries
Strawberries
Banana
Mandarin
Chopped natural cashews
Method
1. Spoon one cup of yoghurt into a bowl.
2. Mix Tasteless Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein into the yoghurt.
3. Add in the Pure Botany Purveyor Acai Powder and mix well.
4. Once the ingredients are well combined, Add in 1 tablespoon Sugar-free Maple Syrup and then mix.
5. Spoon the mixture into the serving bowl or divide it between two bowls for a smaller portion.
6. Top with fresh fruits or berries and nuts, let your imagination run wild! Enjoy the Protein Yoghurt Acai Bowl.
