Ingredients
40 g 95% sugar-free milk chocolate bar (chopped)
100 g of low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1 egg
3 tbsps dark cocoa powder
2 tbsps Truvia Caster Sugar
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Canola oil
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Lightly spray a small dish with cooking spray and set it to the side.
3. In a small bowl, mix the egg, yoghurt, Truvia Caster Sugar, cocoa, Tasteless Protein, and chopped sugar-free chocolate until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes then continue in 30-second intervals until the brownie is firm.
Alternatively, you may microwave it for 2 minutes and then in 30-second bursts until the brownie is firm. We prefer the oven version but if we are short on time, the microwave is okay too!
6. Once the brownie is firm, sprinkle with powdered sugar substitute if you wish for presentation and extra flavour.
