No tickets matched the Powerball winning numbers Monday night, sending the lottery’s estimated Wednesday jackpot to $49 million.
Monday’s winning numbers were 2, 27, 31, 44, and 64, the red Powerball 18, and Power Play 3X, the Powerball site revealed.
No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot, but 2 tickets matched all five numbers except for the Powerball worth $1,000,000.
2 tickets matched four white balls plus the Power ball for the $50,000 third prize; 3 third prizes belonged to the owners who marked Power Play 3X, which helped to multiply 3 times the prize value to $150,000; and 2 tickets bought in California got $10,033 third prizes.
The total prize money for the awards reaches over $4.97 million.
