Ingredients
• 80 g oats (3/4 cup)
• 200 g hot water (1 cup)
• 100 g soy milk or other plant-based milk (1/2 cup)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
• A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Put oats in a saucepan followed by hot water and let the oatmeal sit for a few minutes over low heat.
2. Add soy milk / plant-based milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
3. Bring the oatmeal to a boil over medium heat while stirring.
4. Cook the oatmeal over low heat for about 5 minutes — until it reaches the desired consistency.
5. Top with our Sweet Tahini, oranges, pears, blueberries, and your favorite granola.
