Week 4 Passing Prop – Justin Herbert
Through three weeks Justin Herbert has thrown for six touchdowns to go with zero interceptions.
He’s actually gotten better each week with completions of 23, 27 and 40. Passing yards of 229, 305 and 405 and passing touchdowns of one, two and three.
The Raiders are only average against the pass, 16th in passing yards allowed per game and poor in the red zone, 27th, so Herbert should be able to move the ball well. And it’s not like the Chargers have a good defense either, so if this game opens up, Herbert could be forced to pass move.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: Justin Herbert over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-195); risk 1 unit
Week 4 Rushing Prop – James Cook Rushing Yards
Oddsmakers are expecting plenty of points between the Dolphins and Bills with a total set at 53.5.
If we get close to that, we’ll see plenty of players racking up the stats. And Bills’ running back James Cook could be one of them.
The Dolphins are lighting up the league offensively, but are still not a great defensive team. And against the run they’re allowing 130 yards per game which ranks just 24th.
Cook looks to have seized the lead back role in Buffalo and has rushed for 98 and 123 yards in the past two weeks. In fact, he’s now the third-leading rusher in the league overall.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: James Cook over 56.5 rushing yards (-120); risk 1 unit
Did anybody see this coming with James Cook?

Week 4 Receiving Prop – Keenan Allen Receiving Yards
Keenan Allen ha been the clear #1 receiver for Herbert this season leading the team in targets (39), receptions (32) and yards (402).
Second in all of those categories is Mike Williams (19-26-249), however, he’s now done for the year with a torn ACL. That may mean more targets to other receivers, and it may mean more double coverage on Allen, but it also surely means Herbert will be looking his way even more often. Especially with Austin Ekeler still questionable to return.
Allen likely won’t off for 18 catches and 215 yards again, but he’s pulled down six, eight and 18 catches in his first three games and has back-to-back 100-yard plus games.
The Raiders’ offense doesn’t spend much time on the field running the second fewest plays per game so Herbert who leads the league in completion percentage should get lots of chances to throw to his favorite target.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: Keenan Allen over 83.5 receiving yards (-125); risk 1 unit
Week 4 Receiving Prop – George Kittle Receiving Yards
George Kittle and San Fran played the Giants last Thursday and came away with a straight-forward 30-12 win. The G-Men have been poor defending TEs this season despite not allowing any player in that position group to score a touchdown. But they’ve still allowed 17 catches for 189 yards to opposing TEs. Kittle accounted for seven of those catches and 90 of those yards last week.
This week, the 49ers face the Cardinals, who are basically a mirror image of all of the above. Zero touchdowns allowed to TEs, but giving up 17 catches for 187 yards. That’s the seventh most catches and third-most yards to the position.
Kittle was already likely to see plenty of targets in this matchup and if Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk who are both questionable can’t go, that usage could increase even more.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: George Kittle over 41.5 receiving yards (-115); risk 1 unit
Week 4 Touchdown Props – Stefon Diggs
Let’s break down our top touchdown prop bets for Week 4 here.
In three games versus Miami last year Diggs failed to find the endzone and only finished with 74 and 60 yards in the two regular season games. In the playoffs, while he didn’t score a TD, he did have 114 receiving yards. The Dolphins aren’t terrible in defending the pass, but do rank just 20th in yards per game.
And while the Patriots and Broncos failed to get their offenses rolling versus the Fins. in Week 1 the Chargers had 34 points. The Bills just hung 37 last week on Washington and should put up some points here, where Stefon Diggs sees his streak of no touchdowns versus Miami coming to an end.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: Stefon Diggs anytime touchdown (-115); risk 1 unit
Week 4 Touchdown Props – Justin Jefferson
As long as the Vikings continue to be involved in shootouts, Justin Jefferson is always a good bet in weekly NFL player props.
Jefferson now has a ridiculous 150, 159 and 149 yards receiving in his first three weeks. He only has one touchdown but that did come last week.
The Panthers may be better with Andy Dalton than Bryce Young in the short term, (though it looks like Young will return to the starting lineup this week) as Dalton threw for 361 yards and two scores last week but the Panthers still lost 37-27 in Seattle. Geno Smith also had a good day throwing for 296 yards, 112 going to the Seahawks top receiver DK Metcalf.
Kirk Cousins who leads the league in passing yards could certainly have a 300-yard day of his own this week and if he does surely Jefferson will see plenty of the ball. The Vikings are 25th in passing yards allowed per game and run the ball at the lowest rate of any team with just 16.7 carries per game. This has the potential for another shootout where Jefferson has every chance to find the endzone.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: Justin Jefferson over 98.5 receiving yards (-115); risk 1 unit
- NFL Player Props Picks: Justin Jefferson anytime touchdown (-115); risk 1 unit

Week 4 Touchdown Props – Travis Kelce
Is anyone owning life better than Travis Kelce right now? Super Bowl winner. Best tight end in the NFL. Most popular in jersey sales. And now very likely dating Taylor Swift. He’s also found the endzone in both games he’s played this season, one of which had Swift watching on from above. Will she be travelling to New York to watch on this week too for the extra motivation? That I don’t know.
But I do know the Jets will likely not have much possession here against the Chiefs. Zach Wilson is awful and the defense, while solid, can only hold up for so long. With likely multiple possessions and short fields, it’s easy to see Patrick Mahomes finding his favorite target once again for a score this week.
- NFL Player Prop Picks: Travis Kelce anytime touchdown (-135); risk 1 unit
