Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has joined Optimum ELITE’s panel of lenders.
The partnership will mean Optimum ELITE’s network of intermediaries and brokers can gain access to MFS’ range of bridging loans, buy-to-let mortgages, and specialist finance products.
London-based lender MFS specialises in handling large loans, offering loans up to £50m with terms between three and 24 months. The company also works with foreign national applicants, or those who have adverse credit histories.
MFS’s nationwide BDM network has grown significantly in the past 12 months to include over a dozen members of staff spread across England and Wales.
MFS is currently sitting on more than £1bn in funding and is on track to achieve its goal of growing its loan book to £1.5bn by the end of 2023.
