Cabernet Franc doesn’t need to be rustic and dusty. Think Anjou style from cooler climes with red fruit and herbaceous qualities. Fruit matured for 12 months in older French puncheons, hogsheads and barrels.

Harissa, tobacco, roasted chilli jam, roast brazil nut, dark cherry, blueberry, sloe berries, purple flowers, city road petrichor and choc/vanilla raspberries. Creamy, silky front and mid palate leads to a lean and crunchy close. Red fruit herbal tea, vanilla essence, blueberry smoothie and red/black crystalline berry and pastille fruit. Tannins are so hyperfine and the acidity bright. Delicious.
