Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown senses an opportunity among the tumult and discord that plagues the team’s offseason.
New head coach Jonathan Gannon and new general manager Monti Ossenfort have inherited a roster in transition.
WR DeAndre Hopkins has been released, while safety Budda Baker has requested a trade. As well as that, quarterback Kyler Murray likely won’t be fit in time for Week 1.
Marquise Brown had 67 receptions for 709 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games last season.

After struggling to nail down a starting role during his time with the Ravens, Marquise Brown is motivated to prove himself in 2023.
“I want to prove that I can be the guy,” Brown said.
“I want to prove that as an offense, as a team that we can be that team that we know we can be, I feel like everybody feels that way from coaches to the players.”

“I’m always working to be the best on the field no matter what,” said Brown.
“For me, I was just working. I wanted him (Hopkins) to be here but he’s not and I know he’s going to do great things for wherever he goes. But for me, my thinking process and my role of how I see myself hasn’t changed.”
