Following on from the success of products such as the Minifit S and Q16FF, JUSTFOG have developed a brand-new pod system called the JUSTFOG MyFit.
JUSTFOG are a vaping company based out of South Korea, with manufacturing units based in China.
One of their first products to achieve global commercial success was the JUSTFOG Q16 and the Minifit series also developed quite a name for itself.
We’ve also previously reviewed the JUSTFOG Better Than pod kit and the Q16FF kit in the past, so let’s see how the MyFit stacks up…
What Can We Expect From The JUSTFOG MyFit?
It is a pod kit which is aimed at those new to vaping, or vapers that want a convenient hassle-free option.
Simply fill the pod with your own choice of e-liquid and discard the pod replacing it for a new one, once it has reached the end of its lifespan.
The pods themselves feature a 0.9ohm coil and a mouth-to-lung vape (MTL), making them ideal for use with high strength nicotine salt based e-liquid. The auto draw function means that you only need to take a puff on the pod to get it to fire.
There’s no buttons or settings to mess around with on the MyFit!
An 800mAh battery is built into the MyFit, with an LED light indicator that displays the current battery level and this is recharged using a USB-C cable.
Three different colour options are available, with the MyFit coming in Charcoal, Purple and Titan colour schemes. JUSTFOG kindly sent me all three for this review!
Kit Contents
Not too much to write about here, the JUSTFOG MyFit comes packaged in a white box, housing the MyFit with a 0.9ohm pod and an instruction manual.
There’s no charging cable included, which might irk a few people, but this is compatible with USB-C cables which are commonly used these days.

Design and Build Quality
My first impressions of the MyFit when taking it out of the box is that it is quite a sleek and attractive looking pod system, with a small form factor that measures in at 104mm x 18mm x 15mm.
It feels quite robust yet is fairly lightweight, weighing in at 31g including the device and pod, making for a nice and pocket friendly device.
The device is manufactured using anodized aluminium.
The finishes are quite scratch resistant too, I’ve not noticed any scratches on the finish whilst I have been carrying it around in my pocket and using it!
I do like the look of this pod system and how it feels in the hand. It is easy to hold and there’s no sharp edges present on the device.
An LED light indicator is found at the front of the MyFit. This will light up White when the battery level is 100-65%, Blue when it is 65-30%, Red when it is under 30% and it will blink rapidly four times when the battery is almost completely discharged.
Two small airflow intake holes are found on either side of the MyFit, which are fixed and do not offer any adjustment to the airflow.
The pods are manufactured using Polycarbonate and have a built-in 0.9ohm mesh coil. These can be refilled multiple times before discarding and replacing with a new pod.
Quick Start Guide
It’s a refillable pod system with no buttons present on the device, you simply draw on the MyFit to activate it and vape away. First things first, you’ll want to actually fill up the pod with some e-liquid before you get using it…
Filling The Pod
At the side of the MyFit pod is a Red silicon filling port cover, you can even rotate this out of the way to allow for unfettered access to the filling port.
- Remove the pod from the device, by simply pulling it out.
- Pop the filling port cover open, slot your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the filling port and fill up-taking care not to overfill!
- If filling a brand-new pod, it’s a good idea to let the e-liquid sit in the pod for five minutes before vaping, to allow the e-liquid to fully saturate the cotton.
- Once done, pop the pod back into place on the device, with a satisfying click and vape away.
Charging
You’ll need your own USB Type-C cable to charge the MyFit as this does not come with one in the box.
You simply plug the cable into the port located at the base of the MyFit. The LED light on the front will turn solid and will turn off once it has fully charged.
JUSTFOG recommend that the MyFit is fully charged to 100% before using it to get the best battery life.
Short circuit, over-heating, over-discharge, over-charge and over-voltage safety protections are built into the MyFit.
How Does The JUSTFOG MyFit Perform?
To sum it up – fairly inconsistently I found.
I was sent six MyFit’s by JustFog, as well as a pack of three 0.9ohm coils. I have been testing the MyFit out for a couple of weeks prior to writing up my thoughts on it.
The 0.9ohm pods are designed to offer a mouth-to-lung vape, which is fairly tight, replicating the draw from a cigarette. This makes the MyFit ideal for use with high strength nicotine salt-based e-liquid.
An 800mAh battery is built into the MyFit which offers a maximum power output of 14.4 watts. The MyFit will output 14.4W once fully charged and the power output will steadily decrease in-line with remaining battery level.
My main issue with the MyFit is that the pods have been very inconsistent with their build quality.
I have had a pod that burnt out after only one fill, another that burnt out after filling it up twice. Plus issues with random dry hits and e-liquid occasionally being spat up from the pod into my mouth, which doesn’t taste particularly nice!
I’ve only been using 50/50 VG/PG nicotine salt e-liquids in the pods too.
That being said, I can’t really fault the flavour that the MyFit delivers. I tested a range of e-liquids in this, such as the IVG 6000 and Unreal Desserts ranges and I could really taste the flavour notes in my e-liquids.
Flavour delivery is smooth and a fairly decent amount of vapour is produced from this small mouth-to-lung device!
Mod Performance
There has also been an occasional issue where there seems to be a problem with connection between the pod and the device. When taking a draw on the pod it seems to ‘stutter’ as the power delivery from the device to the pod cuts in and out.
I also found that whilst using the MyFit, I had to adapt the way that I held it when I was vaping. It was easy to mistakenly cover up the small airflow intakes on the side of the device, causing a very tight draw and an occasional dry hit.
Battery life is a big plus with the MyFit! The built in 800mAh battery will last me the majority of the day and it doesn’t take a long time to charge up either.
Pros
- Attractive, sleek design
- Small form factor
- Flavourful mouth to lung vape
- Easy to use
- Good device for vaping nicotine salts
- Charges quickly
- Good battery life
Cons
- Not packaged with a charging cable
- Intermittent dry hits from the pods
- Occasional spitting from the pods
- Sometimes stutters when drawing on the pod
- A couple of the pods didn’t have a great lifespan
- Quite easy to end up mistakenly covering up the airflow holes when holding it
Final Verdict
This could be a really good, budget pod system if only the build quality of the pods was improved!
I was impressed with the flavour and the battery life on the MyFit. Flavour wise it is up there with some of the better pod systems that I have used and the battery life will see the average vaper through a whole day.
It is an attractive looking little device, that has good ergonomics and is easy to use. Appealing to those wanting to make the switch from vaping to smoking and it’s perfect for vaping nicotine salt e-liquids in.
Purchasing a refillable pod system provides a better option than purchasing throwaway disposable vapes. Both from an environmental standpoint and a financial one too, as you can refill the pods multiple times before needing to dispose of them.
