The Cincinnati Bengals coaching staff believes rookie WR Jermaine Burton is not quite where he needs to be as a pro to crack the receiving rotation just yet, although they are still very impressed with the third-round pick’s abilities that he has shown on tape and see him as a future starter. It is a long-shot that he is a contributor this year offensively and he may see more of a redshirt year unless he shows major growth through maturing and following the playbook over the course of the season. (The Athletic)
Jermaine Burton was certainly an intriguing name heading into this season, but should have no major fantasy output during his rookie year. He is a name to be left on the waiver wire until further notice.
