“I’m actually pausing”- Leeds hairdresser says Alex- Carey is yet to pay him £30 for hair styleAlex Carey, who has been named ‘Remains bad guy’ by English media for the dubious Jonny Bairstow baffling, has gotten the title once more. This time, a hairdresser from Leeds claimed that Carey had a hairstyle at his shop yet didn’t pay him.
As per a report by The Sun, Carey went for a hairstyle at Doc Barnet’s Hair Parlor in Leeds. He went to the shop alongside his colleagues David Warner and Usman Khawaja. While the other two Australian players postured for photographs and paid, Carey denied for a snap and left without paying.
Adam Mahmood, the hair stylist at Doc Barnet’s Hairstyling Salon, said that Alex Carey didn’t have cash. The shop doesn’t acknowledge cards, which is the reason Carey told the hairstylist he would move the cash. Nonetheless, the Australian wicketkeeper is yet to move £30.
Mahmood further said that Carey might have gotten back to the inn with some money from the machine in under five minutes, yet the Australian wicketkeeper informed the hairdresser that he would do a bank move.
Adam Mahmood maintains that Alex Carey should pay him for the hairstyle by Monday
During a similar visit with The Sun, Adam Mahmood gave the advantage of the uncertainty to Carey and said he could have neglected to pay due to the match. Notwithstanding, the stylist needed his cash toward the finish of the Headingley Test.
Alex Carey is at present playing in the third Trial of the Cinders series at Headingley. He will probably be able to bat in Australia’s second innings today.
