Ingredients
1/2 red onion
1 Small Roma tomato
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 Continental cucumber
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1-2 tbsp Pandaroo Vietnamese Salad Dressing
2 tbsps Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Mingle Everything Seasoning (Optional)
1 tsp Chilli Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
1. Wash and slice the lebanese and continental cucumbers.
2. Peel and finely dice the red onion. Cut the Roma tomato into small chunks.
3. In a large blender cup, combine the cucumbers, red onion, and Roma tomato.
4. Add Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, minced garlic, the salad dressings and chilli oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste as well as Mingle Everything Seasoning, if desired. Place the lid onto the blender cup and shake everything together until it’s mixed throughout.
5. Pour the salad into a container or onto a plate for serving. Enjoy your High-protein Cucumber Salad!
6. Optional: For an added touch of freshness, sprinkle chopped dill or parsley on top.
