I truly cannot believe it’s already midway through October, Reader.
Where did the time go? (serious question, btw.)
I had the best intentions. I was gonna…
- Start training for my next major running event;
- Read a business book a quarter; and
- Complete a bunch of unfinished online courses I bought way back in 2020.
If you’re like me and wondering where the year has gone, I want to send you a virtual hug.
There! Hope you feel better.
Now let’s move on from the pity party and on to better things for the remainder of the year. After all, we DO have some things to look forward to.
Here’s mine:
- I’m committing to showing more of my face (and voice) on social media. Apparently people like to know that I’m a real person
- I’m going to take a break in November before the super-busy season starts. I’ve committed to no phones or devices for 5 days. I’m really excited/nervous!
- Every year I have a goal to read 52 books. I’ve got a bit to catch up on before the end of the year. There are 10 library books sitting next to my bed!
