Hi there Reader
Dandenong Market is a much-loved iconic market in Melbourne’s southeast brimming with fresh produce, amazing bargains and authentic tastes from around the world.
We’re so lucky to have it on our doorstep in Melbourne (and it’s well worth a trip if you don’t live locally).
It’s also the place to be these school holidays with a range of fun and engaging FREE activities scheduled for the little ones.

Kids can unleash their creativity by painting their own Market bags or aprons, creating veggie sculptures, or learning how to roll pasta.
They’ll love these hands-on activities and get to take home their masterpieces too!
All activities are suitable for kids aged 5+. No bookings are required.
Have a great time with your little foodies!

P.S. My pro tips for Dandenong Market? Warm up with a freshly brewed chai from the colourful Kadak Chai cart, rip into a fluffy pillow of Afghan bread from Kabul Kitchen and grab a bag of hot jam donuts from the iconic purple Dandee Donuts van!
