Fenty Beauty Shadowstix Eyeshadow Pencil ($25.00 for 0.056 oz.) is a new range of matte and metallic twist-up eyeshadow pencils. Each finish has eight shades, and they seem to be deliberately designed to be more “neutral” in tone so there aren’t any pops of color.
