Ingredients

1 Banana
1 Egg
½ cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cacao Nibs
1 Scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Cooking Spray

Method

1. Start by mashing a ripe banana with a fork in a shallow bowl or plate.

2. Mix in all the other ingredients; egg, rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cacao nibs and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein. Mix well.

3. Next, grab a non-stick pan and give it a quick spray of avocado or olive oil and heat it over medium heat until it’s nice and warm.

4. Pour your oat batter onto the non-stick pan and cook until you see those little bubbles forming.

5. Flip and break up the mixture into tasty pieces with a heat-safe spatula!

6. To serve, load up a bowl with scrambled oats. Top it off with your favourite toppings like yogurt, fresh berries, a drizzle of nut butter, a swirl of honey or sugar-free maple syrup, and sprinkle some chia seeds for that extra crunch – the toppings are all up to you!

Enjoy your nutritious and delicious Feel Good Oat Scramble for breakfast!
