1 Egg
½ cup Rolled Oats

Method
1. Start by mashing a ripe banana with a fork in a shallow bowl or plate.
2. Mix in all the other ingredients; egg, rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cacao nibs and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein. Mix well.
3. Next, grab a non-stick pan and give it a quick spray of avocado or olive oil and heat it over medium heat until it’s nice and warm.
4. Pour your oat batter onto the non-stick pan and cook until you see those little bubbles forming.
