Vintage Timex Snoopy Tennis Watch
Starting off this week with a fun one, a vintage Timex Snoopy Tennis watch with the original box! Remember these from when we were kids? I sure do! The watch is gold tone with a blue denim-pattern dial and of course Snoopy on the dial. His arm holding the racket along with the tennis ball are printed on a clear disc that rotates as the second hand. It has the original blue denim strap as well as the super cool Snoopy doghouse original plastic box. I mean, this nifty watch isn’t going to pass COSC testing, but just look how cool the whole package is!
Vintage Seiko Sea Lion M88
This vintage Seiko Sea Lion M88 has a unique look that really stands out. The case is square(ish) but contrasted with the white round dial. The case looks unpolished with nice sharp edges and the original brushed finish. The dial is wild, with horizontal lines connecting the raised square steel hour markers. It has a date only window at 3 o’clock along with the classic Seiko dauphine hands. The caseback has a nifty sea lion logo engraved on it too. This is a cool one that should be easy on the watch budget but still be a fun one to wear with plenty of vintage style.
Piaget Vintage Chronograph
If you’re looking for something special, look no further. This vintage Piaget chronograph is absolutely brilliant. Piaget is a long standing brand that is well known and well respected. This circa 1950’s chronograph is classy and a beauty, with an 18k solid gold case. The case is in excellent condition, and has a classic look with its slim lugs and square chrono pushers. The silver dial has two large subdials at 3 and 9 and is clean with the exception of a few patina marks here and there. The 17j manual wind movement is clean and works well per the seller. If you’re looking for something classic and timeless, here ya go!
Vintage Hamilton
Next up is a nice vintage Hamilton complete with original bracelet and the box. The large steel cushion case is excellent, with the original radial brushed finish and sharp edges. The blue dial has a nice dark hue, with applied steel markers and a vertical day/date at 6 o’clock that give it a pleasing symmetrical look. Overall a very 1970’s vibe going on here. The watch also comes on its original steel bracelet with the buckle signed with the Hamilton “H” logo. The watch comes with a Hamilton box, which may be original as well.
Vintage Omega Constellation Pie-Pan
Here we have a real beauty, a vintage Omega Constellation that has all the desired classic Constellation features. It has a steel case with the unique ‘dog leg’ lugs, and it looks unpolished with nice sharp edges and chamfers, and the observatory medallion on the back is crisp. The dial is the famous and highly sought after pie-pan style in silver, and looks to be original and in excellent condition. I believe the Omega signed crown is original, as I’ve seen both this grooved edge design as well as the eight-sided version as well. The caliber 561 movement is clean and shiny, and looks great. Overall this is a highly sought-after vintage Omega that will look brilliant on the wrist.
Vintage Zodiac SeaWolf
Last up this week I present this spectacular vintage Zodiac SeaWolf diver. There were several iterations of the SeaWolf made over the years, but this is easily the coolest version. It features a black dial with bright orange outer minute track, and big bold orange and white lume filled hands. It has an acrylic filled dive bezel with orange numbers/hashes and a gray background. The case is unpolished, the dial and bezel are minty and even the crown is original and signed with the Zodiac logo. The watch even comes on the correct steel bracelet, with a Zodiac signed bezel and also a personal engraving. This is a really uncommon variation to find in decent condition, and they usually go for a premium. Now, the seller states the watch runs well and keeps time for 24 hours, but then the time needs to be reset. Not really sure what to make of this other than if I were bidding I’d plan on getting a service for it. But this watch is too good to not bring to our readers’ attention!
