Chardonnay fruit sourced from quality sub-regions of Merricks and Mount Eliza,. Whole bunch pressed to 225l and 500l new and used (2 and 3rd year) French oak. Left in the same barrels to mature for 9 months. Winemaker is next generation Rollo Crittenden.

Pale lemon straw colour. Riper aromas of fig, lemon drop, grapefruit, bread crust, whet kernel, roast melon, warm almond, oatmeal biscuit and hints of salinity. Offers weight and flesh with piquant oak spice. Savoury, dry and holding a balanced length with fine phenolics.
