My case was very similar to yours just with a diff lender. I’d listed and had proof of monthly expenses however the FOS Adj I just couldn’t get through to. Really disappointed me at the time and kinda made me think my complaint wasn’t valid, I sent to an Ombudsman to review and they quickly saw what I was saying and agreed with my complaint. Not saying yours will go this way, but worth noting this has happened previously. I would follow Sara’s advice and send to Ombudsman stating the reasons clearly why you disagree, this may be a little repetitive but just clearly outline your points and where to reference the proof.
