Hiya, out of interest, did you chase the FOS to pick this one up ….? I complained to HSBC in early March, has a final decision from them within a week and referred to the FOS straight away. The FOS sent a holding email saying the average wait time is 4 months. Is it worth me contacting them to see if it’ll be picked up? TIA
