It’s not the fact you signed an agreement.
The fact is the checks that Amigo did / didn’t do.

The Lending Process (4.30 onwards) goes into great detail on how checks were not done, systems/methods not up to industry standards.
An agreement means nothing if the processes behind it were against the rules, and in Amigos case they were.
People who get rejection letters should appeal and look at the above PDF document and put down points they believe the FCA has pointed out that Amigo did not follow with thier handing of the loans.
