I think you will find it hard to argue that the credit cards were “unaffordable” when this approach was working well for you for many years. Nor can you argue that the lenders reducing your credit limit is unfair – that is their choice as lenders.
I suggest you ask about the CCA agreements when you know who the current creditors are – if they cannot be produced than the current debts are unenforceable.
