Ingredients
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 mashed banana
3 egg whites
1 egg
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup Truvia Sugar Replacement
1/4 cup fat-free greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
To decorate:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 if using a doughnut baking tray. Alternatively, preheat mini donut maker.
- In a food processor or blender, grind rolled oats into a fine powder to make oat flour.
- Pour oat flour into a bowl.
- Add the mashed banana and combine with the oat flour.
- Add the Truvia Sugar Replacement, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, cocoa powder, Greek yoghurt, egg whites, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder. Stir well to combine.
- Add the mixture to a piping bag. Carefully add the mixture to the doughnut maker. Alternatively, create doughnut shapes on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow doughnuts to cool before removing them.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring halfway through. Remove from the microwave and stir in coconut oil.
- Decorate the doughnuts by dipping the top into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings. We used chopped nuts and strawberry frisps.
- Refrigerate the doughnuts to allow the glaze to harden and enjoy your Chocolate Protein Donuts!
