Pale lemon hue. There’s a slight viscosity to the appearance. Deeply aromatic and you can smell the weight. Rosewater, Turkish Delight, white chalk, lemon curd, sea spray, fleshy lychee, flint, honeysuckle, glace ginger and a touch of pine needle. The weight carries through the front palate. Golden Delicious flavour leads to pithy citrus, ginger spice and the unmistakeable rosewater and lychee. The palate weight tails neatly into fine and crystal acidity with a chalky finish. Balanced and elegant.
