The Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals met twice last season and both games were memorable. Certainly, the first one won’t be forgotten due to the near-tragedy involving Bills DB Damar Hamlin that thankfully had a happy ending. Their second meeting came in a NFL Divisional Playoff game that saw the Bengals upset the Bills in the snow at Buffalo.
This time, these two AFC powerhouses are clashing on Sunday Night Football and these are the best player prop bets in this week’s NFL props.

Bills vs Bengals Prop #1: Ja’Marr Chase Receiving Yards
The deterrent that the Bills deploy in an attempt to neutralize Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase isn’t available. That would be Buffalo CB Tre’Davious White, on IR with an Achilles injury.

Regardless, Chase has been on an absolute tear the past month. He’s averaging 90.66 yards per game over Cincinnati’s last three games. Chase has twice compiled at least 100 yards in that three-game span. He’s gone over his receiving prop for this game of 88.5 yards in each of those three games.
- Bills vs Bengals Prop Picks: Ja’Marr Chase Over 88.5 Receiving Yards -115 (1 unit)
Bill vs Bengals Prop #2: Josh Allen Rushing Yards
The NFL public betting splits are suggesting that the people are losing faith in Buffalo. It’s Cincinnati getting 54% of spread handle and 62% of moneyline handle for this game.
Perhaps it’s time for the Bills braintrust to take the shackles off Allen and let him be the gunslinger that he is when he’s most successful under center. And that includes allowing him to run with the ball. He went for 41 yards in last week’s win over Tampa Bay. The Bills need more of that.
Josh Allen has been doing some amazing things under the radar this season it seems.

The Bengals aren’t great at containing mobile QBs. Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy and Deshaun Watson each torched the Cincinnati defense for 45+ yards on the ground this season. Allen went for 26 yards against the Bengals in the cold and the snow of last season’s postseason game. It’s not hard to envision him going over 28.5 yards in this game.
- Bills vs Bengals Prop Picks: Josh Allen Over 28.5 rushing yards -110 (1 unit)
Bills vs Bengals Touchdown Scorer Props
Player | Odds to Score 1st TD | Odds to Score Any TD |
---|---|---|
Ja’Marr Chase (CIN) | +600 | -130 |
Joe Mixon (CIN) | +600 | -140 |
Stefon Diggs (BUF) | +700 | -105 |
Tee Higgins (CIN) | +950 | +135 |
Josh Allen (BUF) | +1200 | +165 |
Dalton Kincaid (BUF) | +1300 | +190 |
Gabriel Davis (BUF) | +1500 | +225 |
Tyler Boyd (CIN) | +1500 | +265 |
Latavius Murray (BUF) | +1900 | +340 |
Khalil Shakir (BUF) | +2200 | +340 |
It’s Bengals WR Chase with the shortest anytime TD odds for this SNF contest. In the touchdown prop bets for this game he’s given a betting line of -130 to find the end zone.
Bills vs Bengals Prop #3: Dalton Kincaid Anytime Touchdown
Only the New York Jets (five) have allowed more touchdowns to TE this season than the four surrendered by the Bengals.
Though he only has one TD reception so far during his NFL rookie season, Bills TE Dalton Kincaid is third on the club with 34 targets. And he’s caught 30 of them.
- Bills vs Bengals Prop Picks: Joshua Palmer Anytime Touchdown Scorer +215 (1 unit)
