Where is Ambra From? What’s Your Story? Who’s the Founder?
Ambra Spirits was founded by Libero De Luca, an Italian-born visionary with a rich history in Adelaide’s restaurant scene. Inspired by his heritage and the traditional Limoncello he cherished on the Amalfi Coast, Libero established Ambra Spirits in 1998 to share his passion for authentic Italian liqueurs with Australia. His legacy of quality and authenticity continues to influence every bottle we produce.
Our Limoncello stands apart due to its dedication to traditional methods combined with local innovation. Using only the finest South Australian citrus from the Barossa Valley, meticulously hand-peeled and infused, our Limoncello offers a taste that’s both bold and refreshing.
