Latest Tottenham results: 2024/25 Premier League
Here’s a look at the latest Spurs results this season, along with some of our own armchair analysis of what it means for the clubs involved.
Chelsea (H): Tottenham 3 – 4 Chelsea (Sun, Dec 8)
A late goal from Sonny salvaged a respectable scoreline for Spurs, but it’s one that flatters. Chelsea dominated from start to finish and we were worthy winners behind a double from the spot by Cole Palmer, including a naughty panenka. ‘Cold’ Palmer, more like it.
Bournemouth (A): Bournemouth 1 – 0 Tottenham (Thurs, Dec 5)
Tottenham’s heroics against City were a distant memory at the Vitality, where the Lilywhites stuttered to a 1-0 loss.
Fulham (H): Tottenham 1 – Fulham 1 (Sun, Dec 1)
Spurs weren’t able to put Fulham to the sword and let a first-half lead slip to kick-off the festive season. Following their heroics against City the previous weekend, it was a disappointing result for the Lilywhites—two points lost rather than one gained. However, they might
Man City (A): Man City 0 – 4 Tottenham (Sat, Nov 23)
After Tottenham dumped City out of the Carabao Cup back in October, this clash always looked winnable for Spurs, even on the road. But the Lilywhites didn’t just win, they pummelled the reigning champs 4-0, behind goals from James Maddison, Pedro Porro, and youngster Brennan Johnson. City’s chances of retaining the title for a record-adding fifth time took a massive hit in the process, and the Manchester club’s iconic manager Pep Guardiola finds himself on the hot seat for the first real time in his career.
Must-watch Tottenham fixtures: Premier League 2024/25
As we approach the mid-way point of the season, here are the upcoming Tottenham games fans won’t want to miss.
Liverpool (H): Sunday, December 22
Liverpool’s title ambitions will be put to the sword three days before Christmas in one of the picks of this year’s festive fixtures. Last season, Spurs scored a famous 2-1 win when they welcomed Liverpool to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the talismanic Son first on the score sheet that day. Can they do it again?
Newcastle (H): Saturday, January 4
Newcastle vs Tottenham is always too close to call. Both are famous clubs with diehard fanbases, that dream not only of Champions League places, but perennial title contention as well. It doesn’t always work out like that, but you can be sure when these two teams collide they know how much it counts. Earlier this season, Newcastle nicked a 2-1 away win in London.
Arsenal (A): Wednesday, January 15
The biggest game of the season for Spurs, bar none. In the first instalment of this season’s iconic North London derby, the Gunners nabbed a narrow 1-0 win behind a second-half goal. Spurs will be desperate to exact some revenge come January—though they haven’t won at the Emirates since 2010.

Man Utd (H): Saturday, February 15
The first unmissable home game of the new year will see Spurs welcome Man Utd under new manage Ruben Amorim for the first time. United have been frankly dreadful this season, prompting the managerial change. New gaffer or not, Spurs will really fancy their chances at home here.
Man City (H): Tuesday, February 25
Who will be sitting atop the Premier League table come February? That’s anyone’s guess, but you know City will be there or thereabouts—or will they? This match will be crucial to the Citizens’ chances of retaining the title and it’s a party Spurs will be happy to continue gatecrashing. Expect a fierce encounter as City to look avenge two brutal losses to Tottenham so far this season.
Chelsea (A): Wednesday, April 2
Take it from this long-time West London resident, the away leg of the Tottenham/Chelsea derby will be a high-spirited affair at Stamford Bridge. It’ll also be a thrilling watch wherever you are, so don’t miss it.
Liverpool (A): Saturday, April 26
Liverpool will head to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in April with a month left in this year’s Premier League season—and potentially, one hand on the trophy. Spurs, in all honesty, are far more likely to be eyeing a prime European qualifying spot. Do the math and you’ve got two sides both desperate to take home all three points, so neutrals should be in for a treat.
