Hi, I have received final response from Vanquis and they have rejected my complaint citing they made all the relevant checks before increasing the credit limit. Can I go to Ombudsman or there is no chance of success as I didn’t miss any payment in last 6 years and didn’t have any CCJ. However, I did have default which was removed in 2023. Can anyone please tell what are my options.
