I am fairly certain that I will never tire of dill pickles – and that includes recipes that call for an abundance of them. There’s something extra fun about adding salty, sour pickle crunch to salads, dips, pasta, sauces, and more.

You’ll need the following ingredients to make this recipe:

  • dill pickles
  • green onions
  • fresh parsley
  • mayonnaise
  • pickle juice
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • dried dill

Combine the chicken, pickles, onion, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Stir together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and dried dill. Pour over the chicken mixture and stir to coat.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. This will keep nicely for up to 3 days.
