Twenty7tec launches broker CRM software

Twenty7tec has new launched customer relationship management software for brokers, called FINPLAN Home.

The mortgage tech firm says the software is the latest upgrade of the Finplan customer relationship management technology it acquired as part of its buyout of rival Bluecoat Software for an undisclosed fee last June.

The system is currently used by over 2,000 advisors.

The tech firm says FINPLAN Home allows third-party integrations for identity & verification, protection and general insurance quotations, and eSignatures, and integrates with its own mortgage sourcing module, SOURCE.

It adds that the upgrade also integrates with APPLY, which allows users to submit mortgage applications to 13 lenders from FINPLAN Home, including Halifax, Nationwide, Barclays, Santander, Virgin, Skipton, Accord, TSB and Kensington.

The firm adds that the software will shortly be integrated with broker marketing platform COMMUNICATE.

It says existing Finplan users will be migrated to the new solution “imminently”, while new customers will move straight onto FINPLAN Home.

Twenty7tec chief executive James Tucker adds: “This launch is the final piece of the puzzle in giving mortgage advisers every technology they need to run their business.

“From customer relationship management to sourcing, application, integration and digital marketing — we offer it all in one place, and we’ve tightly integrated the systems so that mortgage advisers have no fuss access and complete flexibility and freedom as to where and when they access it.”
