2024 WSOP Main Event Underway With Asians Representing

The 2024 World Series of Poker Main Event is in full swing at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. There have been 9,353 total entries so far across four starting days to create a prize pool of $86,982,900. That number will continue to rise as registration remains open for two hours in Day 2. Only 5 levels have been played thus far running two hours each. After the opening heats, the field was trimmed to 7,148 survivors. Several poker players from Asia are a part of that bulk with plenty of representation from China and Japan.
