The 9th PIPA Annual Investor Sentiment Survey is now open!

PIPA is currently surveying Australia’s existing property investors to reveal the mood, confidence, and key trends underlying the Australian property investment market.

Last year, the survey results helped to overturn the controversial Queensland interstate land tax, so, let’s keep the pressure on governments who unfairly target investors with outdated thinking and bad policies.

Your opinions have never been more important – given the current state of rental markets around the nation – as well as state government rental reforms, including rent caps and potential freezes, either already implemented or potentially on the table.

The information gathered will help PIPA best serve you in protecting your interests as a property investor as well as raising awareness of investors’ concerns, challenges, and aspirations.
